Términos y Condiciones de Participación en el Evento
 Al registrarse y/o asistir a este evento, usted acepta los siguientes términos:

  1. Fotografía y Uso de Imágenes

    • Durante el evento se podrán tomar fotografías y videos.

    • Al participar, usted autoriza a Iglesia Vida Nueva, Arraigadas y Virtuosa y Hombres con Identidad y a sus representantes el derecho de usar, reproducir y publicar dichas fotos y videos en formatos impresos, digitales y en línea, con fines que incluyen, entre otros, promoción, redes sociales, páginas web y publicaciones del ministerio.

    • No se proveerá compensación económica por el uso de estas imágenes.

  2. Participación General

    • Este evento está organizado con el propósito de convivencia, crecimiento espiritual y edificación de la comunidad.

    • Se espera que los participantes respeten a los demás, sigan el programa y cumplan con las instrucciones de los organizadores.

  3. Exención de Responsabilidad

    • Al asistir, usted libera a la iglesia local donde se lleva a cabo el evento, su personal, voluntarios y representantes de cualquier responsabilidad por lesiones personales, daños a la propiedad o pérdidas que puedan ocurrir durante el evento, excepto donde la ley lo prohíba.

  4. Comida

    • Es posible que se proporcione comida en este evento. Para asegurarnos de que podemos hacer nuestro mejor esfuerzo para acomodar sus necesidades, todas las alergias alimentarias o restricciones dietéticas deben ser comunicadas adecuadamente con anticipación durante el proceso de registro. Aunque haremos todo lo posible para atender estas solicitudes, Vida Nueva UMC Inc y sus afiliados no puede garantizar que la comida esté completamente libre de alérgenos comunes. Al asistir, usted acepta que la iglesia y sus voluntarios no se harán responsables de ninguna reacción adversa.

 By registering for and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Photography and Media Release

    • Photos and videos may be taken during the event.

    • By attending, you grant [Church Name] and its representatives the right to use, reproduce, and publish these photos and videos in print, digital, and online formats for purposes including but not limited to promotion, social media, websites, and ministry publications.

    • No compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

  2. General Participation

    • This event is organized for the purpose of fellowship, spiritual growth, and community building.

    • Participants are expected to respect others, follow the schedule, and adhere to any guidelines provided by the organizers.

  3. Liability Disclaimer

    • By attending, you release [Church Name], its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event, except where prohibited by law.

  4. Food

    • Food may be provided at this event. To ensure we can do our best to accommodate your needs, all food allergies or dietary restrictions must be properly communicated in advance during the registration process. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these requests, Vida Nueva UMC Inc and its affiliates cannot guarantee that the food will be completely free of all common allergens. By attending, you agree that the church and its volunteers will not be held liable for any adverse reactions.
